Public Comments
Public Comments will be accepted for Regular Meetings of the Governing Board.
The Board invites public comment on the District's business in general and on any agenda item in particular. Speakers must fill out a card listing name, address, and topic, and hand it to the Superintendent prior to the President calling the meeting to order. Forms are available in the wall file in the Board Room. Under the Arizona Open Meeting Law, the Governing Board cannot discuss or act on any items not listed on the agenda. Board Members may ask staff to review a matter or ask that a matter be put on a future agenda.

Notice is hereby given that one or more Governing Board members of the Sacaton Elementary School District may attend the following events during the month of March 2026. It is not the intent of the Board to conduct business or take action on any item for Sacaton Elementary School District during these gatherings.
