Engage Embrace   Contribute

The school year is off to an incredible start! It’s hard to believe we’re already in September and approaching progress report time. Our students have been busy mastering new skills, forming friendships, and discovering new interests. Their hard work is paying off, and as a result, our enrollment is growing. We have open spots in our AM and PM Preschool programs so please spread the word. Early intervention is a great way to start strong both academically and socially.

We’re excited to share that we held our first assembly to recognize students with exemplary attendance. Our “Must Be Present to Win” initiative is designed to boost attendance school-wide while celebrating those students who have attended school for 10, 20, or 30 days in a row. Be on the lookout for more information as we plan our next assembly!

Thank you to all the families who attended “Books for Bingo.” Your feedback is important, and we will be reviewing your questions and concerns. We are excited to use your input to create solutions that will help improve our school community.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the whole child, we would like to remind everyone that September is Suicide Prevention Month. We are excited to collaborate with GRIC Behavioral Health to promote awareness and support for our students. In recognition of this partnership, we invite your child to participate in 'Spirit Week' from September 9th to 13th.

We want to build a strong partnership with you as we work together to ensure that our entire community is safe, healthy and excited about learning. Thank you for all your help with student attendance. I am proud to announce that our attendance rate stayed above 90% for 4 out of the 5 weeks. Way to Go!! Let’s keep up with our communication. We are here for the same reason, our children. Thank you for being an active part of our school community!

 Go Braves!
