🎉 BIG NEWS! We’re a Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School! 🎉
We are thrilled to announce that Sacaton Elementary has been named a Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School! This prestigious recognition is awarded to schools that go above and beyond in building positive, relational campus culture through meaningful connections, student leadership, and a strong focus on social-emotional learning. This is a testament to the incredible heart and hard work of our students, staff, and families. We did this together!
Upcoming End-of-Year Activities & Events
Our calendar is bursting with fun and meaningful events to close out the year. From celebrations to testing, there’s something happening almost every day, so now more than ever, it's important for your child to be at school, every day. Our dedicated teachers are teaching bell to bell, right up until the very last day, and we don’t want any student to miss out!
End-of-Year Testing
Benchmark testing begins this week with NWEA Math and ELA, then DIBELS. These assessments give us valuable insight into your child’s academic growth and allow us to compare their progress from the beginning of the year. We are confident we’ll see gains, and it’s all thanks to the hard work of our students and teachers!

Let’s shower our teachers with love! They’ve poured their hearts into this year, and this week is our chance to say THANK YOU. Please consider sending a note, email, or small token of appreciation to your child’s teacher during this special week. A kind word goes a long way!

Summer School is Coming!
Summer learning is a great way to keep the momentum going! We’ll be offering a summer school program in June to help students stay sharp, build skills, and have fun while learning. More information is on the way, stay tuned!
