Summer News from Sacaton Elementary!
We hope your summer is off to a great start! While campus may feel quieter during the break, we’re staying busy with our Summer School running Monday through Thursday.
We’re also preparing for an exciting start to the 2025–2026 school year, and we can’t wait to welcome all of our students and families back soon. Our first day of school is Friday, July 25th, and we’re working hard to make sure everything is ready for a strong start.
If you're new to Sacaton or have a child ready to enroll, we encourage you to stop by the office anytime between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. We’re happy to help you through the enrollment process and answer any questions you may have.
We know families are eager to meet their teachers and visit classrooms, and we look forward to seeing you at Meet the Teacher Night on Thursday, July 24th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Until then, enjoy your summer and know that we’re here if you need anything.

Meet the Teacher
We will be holding “Meet the Teacher” on Thursday, July 24th from 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM.
Enrollment Information
Continuing Students: Student packets will be ready for pickup after July 1st.
The packet includes:
Student profile, (make updates to phone numbers, emergency contacts, address changes (please bring your new proof of residence if there is an address change)
Nurses’ Packet
Transportation Form
Attendance Form
Handbook Forms
New Students: Please visit the front office if you have any new students ready to enroll. We have packets ready for new enrolling families.
Required Documentation for new students is as follows:
Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease agreement, bank statement, paystub, etc.)
Driver’s License (Parent/Guardian Identification)
Court Documents if applicable

Dress for Success
To help create a focused and respectful learning environment, all students are expected to wear their school shirts with dark bottoms each day. School shirts will be provided during Meet Teacher night, where each student will receive two shirts to start the year. Please note that hoodies and clothing with inappropriate or distracting logos are not allowed. By helping your child come to school dressed for success, you're supporting a positive and productive learning space for all.
Coffee with the Principal
We’re excited to continue building strong partnerships with our families! One way we’ll stay connected is through Coffee with the Principal, held once a month. This is a great opportunity to hear school updates, ask questions, and share ideas. Our first gathering will be Friday, August 15th from 9:00–10:00 a.m., I’d love to see you there!
