Engage Embrace Contribute
Dear Sacaton Elementary Families,
As we wrap up the first quarter of the 2025–2026 school year, we are thrilled to celebrate our many accomplishments together! Student attendance has remained consistently at or above 90%, and we continue to see remarkable academic growth across all grade levels.
A special thank you goes out to all the families who joined us for Math and Literacy Night, it was wonderful to see so many students and parents engaging together in hands-on learning activities. Your participation made the evening a huge success! We also had the privilege of sharing school highlights and student achievements with our Education Standing Committee Council this past month. Their visit was a proud moment for our campus as we showcased the dedication of our students and staff.
To continue celebrating success, we are excited to announce our 1st Quarter College Cup Winners – Team U of A! Every student is part of one of four local university teams (U of A, ASU, NAU, and GCU) and earns points for attendance, IXL completion, and academic progress. Congratulations to all students for their teamwork and effort!
We are also looking forward to our upcoming Anti-Bully Boo Parade on Friday, October 31st at 9:00 AM at the Middle School! In addition, next week we’ll be celebrating Red Ribbon Week with a fun-filled Spirit Week. This is a great opportunity for our students to show their school spirit while learning the importance of making healthy, positive choices.
Beginning November 3rd, we kindly ask that students no longer bring backpacks to school. This will apply to both our elementary and middle school campuses. We are currently working to find the best and most convenient ways for students to transport their materials each day. Thank you for your understanding and support as we make this transition.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. Together, we are making Sacaton Elementary a place where every student grows, learns, and shines!
Go Braves!
