Dear Sacaton Elementary Families,
As we welcome November, we are reminded of the importance of gratitude, community, and the many opportunities we have to learn and grow together. This month brings exciting celebrations, opportunities for family engagement, and special activities as we prepare for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are happy to share a few updates and important reminders with you!
Celebrating Our School's Success!
We are proud to announce that Sacaton Elementary has earned a "B" letter grade for the third consecutive year! This accomplishment reflects the dedication, hard work, and continued growth of our students, teachers, staff, and families. We are incredibly proud of our Braves and the collective effort that makes this achievement possible. We look forward to celebrating this accomplishment with our students. Additional details will be shared soon!
Important School Safety Reminder
Sacaton Elementary School District continues to implement enhanced campus entry and screening procedures to help maintain a safe learning environment for all students.
Please remember the following expectations:
Students may NOT bring hoodies, backpacks, toys, or personal bags to school.
All school supplies are provided by the District.
We appreciate your cooperation and support as we work together to keep our campus safe and focused on learning.
Thova (Turkey) Trot – November 24
Get ready to move, Braves! Our annual Thova (Turkey) Trot will take place on Tuesday, November 24, beginning at 9:00 AM. The event will start near the Elementary 3rd–5th Grade Basketball Courts. We look forward to seeing our students participate, have fun, and celebrate the season with some healthy movement!
Holiday Arts & Crafts Night – December 9
The holiday season is just around the corner! We are excited to host our Holiday Arts & Crafts Night on Wednesday, December 9, from 4:00–6:00 PM in the Middle School Gym.
This will be a great opportunity for students and families to enjoy creative activities and spend time together. We hope to see many of our families there!
Thank You, Sacaton Families!
As we enter this season of gratitude, we want to thank our families for your continued partnership, encouragement, and support. Your involvement makes a difference in the lives of our students and helps strengthen our school community.
Go Braves! 💙💛
